what we offer

Our Services

Your parts will be made in house in the Herefordshire, UK. We offer a range of accurate, high quality sheet metal services. Fibre Laser cutting, Folding, powdercoating, tumbling, welding.

Laser Cutting

We use two fiber lasers to handle our cutting, a 3kw and 12kw. With these machines we can process a wide variety of metals (no wood or plastics with these machines). Visit our resource page to learn more about the laser cutting process, limitations, & capacities

We offer bending services for a lot of sheet metal parts. The materials we can bend varies based on the material and thickness. Be sure to check out our resource page to see our full list of materials, design parameters, and limitations.

How it works...

Upload CAD Files

Upload your cad files, these can either be a dxf,dwg and we also accept 3D folded files. Once uploaded you can select your desirered material and thickness before configuring.

Configure Parts

Using our software you can easliy configure your parts ready for quoting. If you dont have a drawing thats fine we have shapemate editor where you can change measurments of parts from our libary.

Quote & Order

Once you have configured your parts and inputted your quanitites you can calculate your quote for a instant price, Pricing will be based on the selected lead time. Once your happy you can proceed and order your parts straight away!
